Shipping Method
How do you ship? What is the cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping option.
Why didn't my shipment come in one package?
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.
Items from an order that ship separately may receive different tracking numbers. If a certain item is not associated with the tracking number that you have, that item has most likely not been processed for shipping yet and will probably receive a different tracking number.
Where do you ship?
We provide international shipping. However, due to the security reasons, we can’t deliver a shipment to a military area (APO/FPO/DPO).
How do you ship?
We ship orders oversea by mail service.
After finishing processing your order, we will send it to our preferred shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. Please contact your local postal service when it arrives at your country.
Shipping Time
How long will my order take to be delivered?
The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes only 10-15 business days for shipping to the US and 15-20 business days for international shipping.
How can I track my order?
We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you provided when placing your orders. This email will also advise you on how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information may not be available until 2-5 days after you receiving that email.
When will my tracking information appear?
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment center of your online shop.
Why can't I track my order on your website?
Please note that the tracking information may not be available until 2-5 days after order placement.
When checking tracking for the first time on a shipment, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. If information about your package is not available, you may need to wait and try again later.
Why has my shipment status not changed?
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to many factors, e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order began the shipping process.
Why do I have to pay an extra fee to my shipping company?
When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to our preferred shipping company and they will completely handle it. Fees depend on each shipping company's policy or customs procedure, you may be charged an extra fee for the final delivery or import tax, possibly due to your shipping address being in a remote area.
Due to the many different fees and import taxes possible worldwide, it is difficult for us to always anticipate the final shipping total to all areas. In this case, you must pay the postal service or shipping company the required fee to receive your order.

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via most credit cards or debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, etc.). All products are listed in US Dollars, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.

How do I place an order?
First of all, visit our store at: https://xaplab.com/
Choose products that you love, then click "Add to cart" and "Check out".
Your shopping cart may be viewed at any time by hovering over the cart logo at the top right of the page.
When you are ready to check out, click "Secure Checkout" from the cart page. Then fill in your information and pay.
